Services Offered

Strategic Planning

This service can be tailored to your needs. For example, your organization may benefit from a facilitated process to develop or refresh your strategic plan. Alternatively, a strategic planning service may look like implementation strategy development or reporting.

Community Health Needs Assessment

A Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) can benefit you or your organization in many ways! For example, CHNAs support strategic planning and community health program development. Additionally, many organizations are required to regularly conduct CHNAs. Abby approaches CHNA planning by first understanding past efforts, then discussing options available to refresh or begin the next CHNA process for your organization.

Community Health Program Design and Implementation

Abby believes successful community health programming begins with listening. This service requires exploratory discussion to learn more about the community being served, outcomes desired, evaluation strategies, and program design, among other key aspects of programming. This is an exciting area with potential for major impact!

Grant Writing and Readiness

Grant writing and readiness is an important part of many community and government led organizations, especially assuring program alignment. Over the years, Abby has developed a skillset in grant writing, readiness assessment and reporting. This service is great for individuals and organizations interested in extra support with grants.

Evaluation, Impact and Annual Reporting

While evaluation, impact and annual reports certainly could be packaged together, sometimes organizations may need assistance with alignment or one single document. This is one of Abby’s favorite areas because she enjoys deciphering data, looking at different perspectives and finding creative ways to make data and reporting exciting.

Community Engagement and Coalition Building

Abby has experience and enjoys working alongside a range of communities, and communities are always evolving in ways that may be big or small. This service may include stakeholder mapping, coalition development and strategy, goal setting, community listening session facilitation, campaign planning and cross-sector partnership strategy, among other areas.
